This is a list of 5282 dbSNP refSNP records that were incorrectly
classified as polymorphic-verified, although they were tested
to be monomorphic. This applies to the Feb 15th release of HapMap
SNP allocations. This problem will be fixed in the next release
(end of March or beginning of April).
